for christmas this year we thought we chose fun gifts for our children. we pondered and perused many a website and catalog to find something that would be entertaining and stimulating. we chose something special for each one, hoping that they would be surprised and play for countless hours as we watched happily. well, i think we did o.k. with sophia. she loves her new baby doll and stroller. however, the real hit-of-a-gift comes to us from our wonderful friends who gifted us with a lovely item that our children ADORE! every morning it is rolled out on the floor by both girls and various items are placed on it as they joyfully play away on this most celebrated item. who knew. i mean, i did know it would be a fun item, but i didn't know it would be the FAVORITE item. SO -- to our dear cherished friends who are obviously better santa's than we are (plus it truly was hand-delivered on christmas eve):
