CUDDLE

for hours,

RESTING
our eyes for sunny days and

DREAM
of all that is to come.

last night our topic for family home evening involved gardening and the bounties of the earth. it was probably the quickest fhe in history! we visited our growing container garden to find amazing progress. we reviewed how a plant grows (sun & water) and what a blessing it is to have plants that produce wonderful foods to fill our bellies.

this morning, as ms. ella and i looked out our window, i said, "oh it is raining again" (with a frowny face).

my amazing little daughter reassured her mommy with much confidence: "mommy that is good for the plants to grow. they like lots of rain and sunny days. {patting my arm} it's okay mommy."

yes, it is okay:
